Diane Oakden came into fitness after a career in Higher Education. She is qualified as a personal trainer in her 40s and Modern Pilates instructor with GP Referral qualifications. She is totally committed to getting everyone fitter and healthier and enjoying life more.
She discovered Nordic Walking when she was looking for a way for people to exercise outdoors. She strongly believes that our modern life is harming our health if we don’t get enough outdoor time. Exercise outdoors has been shown to lift mood.
